The Twanat Trail is a 1/4-mile-long
interpretive path that winds through old-grown cottonwoods along Shitike
Creek on The Museum At Warm Springs grounds. Terranes, LLC shot images of geology, native plants, and Museum architecture and facilities, developed and wrote text for geology interpretive panels, and provided general natural history/environmental content advice and editing. Terranes is also working with The Museum At Warm Springs to
develop and produce a Trail Guide pamphlet, and will provide
photographic coverage of The Museum's Huckleberry Festival that, this year,
celebrates the Twanat Trail's official opening.

The Oregon Master Naturalist Program is a new opportunity for citizens to get involved with teaching and advising their friends and communities about Oregon's forests, grasslands, rivers, ecosystems, and geology. Offered by the Oregon State University Extension Service, this new program is mostly web-based. Terranes, LLC worked with the OSU Extension and Dr. Robert Lillie at OSU to produce text, graphics, photographs, and overall themes for the geology segment, and images for other components.
